Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Executive Assistant for Marketing & Sales to join their client's team in Visalia, CA. This position is perfect for a motivated individual who is passionate about supporting marketing and sales functions and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative functions to support the marketing and sales team.
  • Manage communications and ensure effective information flow within the team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the marketing and sales department.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deploy trade shows and events.
  • Support marketing and sales departments in resource development and implementation.
  • Coordinate digital marketing and social media initiatives.
  • Manage and organize digital assets for efficient access and use.
  • Provide support to industry trade associations.
  • Maintain positive customer and grower relations.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and data entry to support marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Alignment with the company's Mission Statement and Values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal/teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organization, planning, multitasking, and prioritizing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with team and business partners; positive, outgoing personality.
  • Willingness to work long or flexible hours when needed.
  • Availability to travel as required.
  • Dependable and reliable.

This is a direct hire role with a salary range between $25-30 per hour, based on experience. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
